So last Wednesday (February 10), my best friend and I went
to Yellow Cab at SM San Lazaro for a late lunch before we go to mass because it
was Ash Wednesday that day. When we got there, of course we ordered my favorite
pizza which is the #4 Cheese regular pizza, two lemon flavored Sola drinks, and
we tried the Twice Baked Potato Halves because I love potatoes and we haven’t
tried that yet. The cashier girl is very friendly though and I liked it. She never
puts off her smile and it’s adorable for the customers to see that because it’s
very welcoming.
The pizza was first served and just
after 10-15 minutes, there goes the Twice Baked Potato Halves and it was
beautifully presented like whoa. Haha.
It’s 3 potatoes that are cut in
halves so it became 6 pieces and it consists of a lot and different kinds of
cheese, I think? And it sprinkled with bacon which we didn’t know and it’s forbidden
for that day to eat meat because of the Catholic beliefs. We didn’t have a
choice but to eat it kasi sayang pera
and we rarely go to a pizza place naman.
So there it is. And we took a bite. And then savoring it. Still speculating how
to eat it even though we took a bite na.
Still thinking what it tastes like. Kasi
wala siyang lasa. Though it has its sauce which is sour cream and wala ring lasa. We both took a tiny
piece of Potato Halves and eat it with the Cheese pizza and still.. Wala pa ring lasa ‘yung potato. *Iyak* Huhu. Sayang pera, beh. But it’s okay. At least now we know. Haha. Will never
gonna order that again. EVER. But we enjoyed it naman because of my favorite pizza and it’s because PIZZA IS LIFE.
